By booking an appointment at iGoByJo, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies, terms and conditions:

  • Please note that our salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially if a client exhibits behavior that is disruptive or inappropriate. 
  • We take the health and safety of our customers seriously. All tools and equipment used during your service are properly sanitized and sterilized for your protection. 
  • Please inform us if you have any allergies or sensitivities to products or ingredients used during your service.
  • iGoByJo cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries that may occur during or after a service. 
  • iGoByJo does not offer returns or refunds for services or products rendered. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make it right. 
  • All press-on sales are final and thus non-refundable. Please ensure proper sizing when placing your order. If you are unsure if you have the correct fit, simply send us a message and we’ll guide you through the process. 
  • Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you fail to provide sufficient notice or do not show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee may be charged. 
  • Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may result in a shorter service or rescheduling of the appointment. 
  • Please be mindful of your own health and avoid visiting our salon if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to anyone with an illness. 

Appointments

Appointments can be made in person or over the phone. A deposit may be required to secure an appointment.

Payment

Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, ApplPay, SamsungPay and PIN.

Children and extra persons

Children are NOT welcome in our salon, as we would not want for their presence to interfere with the service.
